Prices include the upkeep of the garden and pool once a week, but not cleaning of the house, electricity or telephone which will be added to the rental at the end of your stay. Daily cleaning can be arranged at extra charge. Prices subject to change without prior notice. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. A returnable warranty deposit must be paid on entering the premises. No pets allowed. A contract 'for seasonal rent of a furnished villa' must be signed.
